O Sinpes ajuizou a\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva em 20\/12\/2010 contra a Inesul, pleiteando o pagamento do d\u00e9cimo terceiro sal\u00e1rio referente \u00e0quele ano e multas pelos recorrentes atrasos salariais dos professores.<\/p>\n

O processo tramita perante a 1\u00aa Vara do Trabalho de Colombo, na fase de execu\u00e7\u00e3o, com determina\u00e7\u00e3o de penhora das mensalidades, determinada em audi\u00eancia de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o em 28.05.2018.<\/p>\n

Em 14.06.2018, as partes se reuniram com o objetivo de alinhavar um acordo que permitisse o recebimento dos valores integrais devidos aos professores beneficiados sem inviabilizar o prosseguimento das atividades acad\u00eamicas.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s exaustivas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es o Sinpes reputou razo\u00e1vel o pagamento da d\u00edvida em 29 presta\u00e7\u00f5es de R $ 3.000,00 para os 79 professores beneficiados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Para que os interessados aprovem o acordo alinhavado entre as partes e estabele\u00e7am crit\u00e9rios de imputa\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento de cada uma das parcelas o Sinpes convoca todos os professores beneficiados para Assembleia Geral, a se realizar no dia 25\/06\/2018 as 18h00min, na sede da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o em Colombo.<\/p>\n

Na ocasi\u00e3o os docentes ser\u00e3o inteirados do valor dos seus cr\u00e9ditos, devidamente atualizados.<\/p>\n
